"The Accident” is a mixed media installation which is comprised of photographic images and an audio loop. The series explores the frankness of children with how they express their thoughts and emotions through words on get well cards intended for the victim of “the accident”. The images are accompanied by a meandering verbal account of the victim's recollection of events, turning a seemingly tragic moment into a humorous observation.
